This is a quick to make, refreshing snack or appetizer. There is plenty of room for experimenting with the seasoning too!
- 2 lbs jicama, cut into 1/4 inch sticks
- 1-2 fresh limes, juiced add according to your taste!
- 1/2-1 teaspoon chili powder make as spicy as you like!
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Eat right away or give it 15 minutes to let the flavors settle in.
