Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1-2 T vanilla extract
- 2 T coconut oil melted*
- sweetener to taste
- sea salt to taste, optional

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Use in coffee as desired.
Recipe Notes
- *If using a high powered blender such as VitaMix, I've found melting the coconut oil to be unnecessary
- Use a coconut milk free of thickeners (such as guar gum). I use Natural Value brand organic 17-19% fat (in the green can).
