Cauliflower Chickpea Patties with Cumin Yogurt Sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 375°.
  2. Boil or steam cauliflower until soft.
  3. Saute onion and bell pepper over low heat until soft.
  4. Add garlic and saute for another minute or so. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas. Add cauliflower and mash together. Alternately, pulse in the large bowl of your food processor.
  6. Add the rest of the Ingredients and stir until combined. Mixture should be wet enough to come together without falling apart.
  7. Shape into balls. Mine were about 1/4-1/3C of mixture each. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Press down to flatten into patties.
