What inspired you to apply for a position at ACG?

ACG is a rare work environment in which all staff have a voice and opportunity to participate in the processes that shape the co-op. If you have any experience with consensus or group decision making, please detail it here.

Communication is vital in collectively managing a business. Please describe your style of giving feedback and tell us how you best receive feedback. Include any trainings or instances in which you participated in conflict resolution, mediation, or any other forms of alternative communication.

The Financial Coordinator works directly with our bookkeeper and Financial Controller to ensure our accounting is accurate, timely, and meets all external requirements. Please tell us about your experience with bookkeeping, accounting, financial management, as well as utilizing tools such as quickbooks.

The Financial Coordinator works with our Finance team to create and manage our annual budgets. Please describe your experience with financial planning and budget creation.

This position provides financial reporting as well as some training to the staff and the Board of Directors. Please describe your experience and level of comfort with financial reporting and educating others on the foundational principles of financial literacy as it pertains to running a small business?
